Hello everyone!
A member of our IT department just forwarded me a link to these forums and when I had a look, I thought they'd be interesting and relevant to what I'm doing...
We're about four months into a four-location installation using Tandberg CODECs (Edge95MXP) - and at least partially based on the successful delivery of a "distance" accounting course, are looking at expanding our system somewhat over the summer. We're an educational institution with a presence in 10 area communities in Northern BC and are using the technology for both meetings and course delivery.
I'm pretty new at this - our equipment installation and configuration was finalized about 30 minutes before the start of my first accounting class back in January - so hope to pick up a few pointers and perhaps share some of the things I've learned over the past couple of months.
