Creating Greeting for MGC 100

Does anyone know how to convert an audio file to .aca to import into MCG100 for the welcome greeting?

In your Polycom MGC MANAGER directory of PROGRAM FILES is a program for converting a .WAV file to .ACA. The program is AUDVIDCONVRT.EXE. The .WAV file has to be recorded as PCM, 8,000 Hz, 16-bit, Mono. Several years ago the AUDVIDCONVRT.EXE program gave an error message (I think I had recorded in Stereo) and I had to use another utility provided by our Polycom support engineers. I don't know if the current conversion program works.
