Hi,
I have a Tandberg 6000 VTC unit, connected to a Tandberg video switch. The TTC8-01 camera is connected about 50 ft. away from the codec itself. I am using an Extron 201 DVI video extender to extend video across the room and I am having intermittent video issues. The video is going out sporadically on the camera. I have swapped cameras, swapped HDMI-DVI cables, swapped CAT5 cables between the ends of the extender, and am still having the issue.
Any advice?
