Hello!

I have a new server that i'm going to install TMS 11.9.1 in. Is it also possible to install See&Share on/in the same server as TMS? Or is it not recomended?

I would say it's a bad idea :)

I'm not sure with later versions of SEE&SHARE, but earlier versions hijacked port 80 for all network interfaces on the server thus making it impossible to co-serve it on a computer that has IIS installed.

Could it be ok to install 'VirtualServer 2005 R2' in the same server as TMS & run See&Share in a VS-environment ? Or is that a bad idea?

It is possible, but I would not recommend it. Tandberg does not support Virtual servers. Calling into TAC for an issue would result in them telling you to install on a physical server and see if the problem persists.
