I need to make an IP to ISDN call. I need some clarification of how to use the 3522 isdn gateway for making an isdn call from my tandberg codec?
How do I dial the isdn# and point to the isdn gateway from the tandberg codec?
How do I configure the tandberg codec to point to the isdn gateway?
How do I configure the isdn gateway to accept calls?

You use a H323 Gatekeeper in your network.

Your TANDBERG will register to the Gatekeeper with a E164 number.

The Gateway will register on the Gatekeeper with a service prefix, wich might be 0.

So when you dial from your endpoint, 0isdn-number, it will route the call to your gateway, wich place a call on the ISDN newtork using the ISDN number you provided.

Also, if you do not have a gatekeeper already on the network, the 3520 series gateways have a gatekeeper functionality built into them. You will have to load the management software to configure the gateway, and when you access the gatway the first page gives you the option to configure the gateway or the gatekeeper.
