Hi alll,

I am new to the Video Conferencing scene and I am having a few problems getting TMS to register our Cisco MCU.
The error I get is: Could not connect to system. Details:Wrong admin password
The admin password is correct because I have double checked it and reset it a few times.
Does anybody have any ideas? I am at a bit of a loss, I have added all of our endpoints to TMS no problem, but the MCU wont have it. Bit of a show stopper really.
I would appreciate any help you guys have.
Thank you

If you telnet into your Cisco. Do you have a long, multiple line, greating before the login prompt?

This was a problem for me once and we had to trim the text down to one line or if we had to remove it. But that was the solution. It was reported to TANDBERG but I'm not sure idf they fixed it.

Also make sure to read all the info in the TANDBERG 3rd party support document that is about the Ciscos. That might give you some help on how to add a 3rd party products to TANDBERG TMS,

Thank you for your speedy response, I found the answer

The SNMP Write Community Name must be entered in TMS when prompted for the Admin Password when adding the MCU into TMS.

That sorted it, I couldn't see it for looking.

Many thanks
