Hello, I just got a Telepacific ISDN PRI installed and I'm working on the turn up. The engineer there says their PRI is voice only and won't allow data streams. Will this be a problem with trying to do 384k video calls? I have a Polycom MGC-25 and understand that it will bond 6 channels together to get the bandwidth. I asked and asked before ordering the circuit and was told a normal ISDN-PRI should work fine. The engineer tells me the network equipment is a Lucent 5E with NI2 protocol. Any help is very appreciated. Thanks!

Ordering ISDN-PRI Line:

Tell the Phone Co:
• Line Code B8ZS (Binary 8-Zero Substitution)
• Framing: ESF (Extended Super Frame)

Set/Tell/Ask the provider:
• Channel Assignment (Where the Data channels are)
• Set the Hunt Hi-Lo or Lo-Hi
• Hunt is Discreet
• Need Line Build-out and Equalization (Is the line build-out done @ the CSU or Codec?
