Im looking for something similar to PVX that is OSX compatible and supports h.239, does this exist?

I heard you can run polycom PVX in Bootcamp.

You can run it in bootcamp or fusion, you just need version 8.0.4 and iSight (or other camera) XP drivers

X Meeting also supports H. 323 devices, but I've never successfully been able to get it working, though I hear other people's success stories frequently.
