I have a Sony PCS P1P Video Conferencing Unit with an ISDN PCSA-B384S adapter. When connecting this to a BT ISDN2 line the VC unit is working fine.
If I connect the unit to a Cisco router’s BRI interface, which then makes an outbound call via a PRI circuit the call fails. The call is connected but the VC unit then clears the call after about 20 seconds with an error “the remote terminal is not compatible with this bonding method”.
---CiscoRouter---
VC----BRI (NT)---PRI(E1)----PSTN
Could anyone advise on this issue? Do you have any example cisco configs or Sony settings?
Thank you
Richard
