I have a few units in one area that are all having the same problem. They drift offline on thier on. The process takes about 3 days. The power light will be on and appear that all is well. However, the unit is not ready to be used. Once the power is turned off and back on the unit will boot back up and be usable again for a few more days.

VCON Tech. Service is out of ideas. Do any of you have suggestions?

Try to check the "Standby" settings.

That was one of the first things that I checked. Also, I have disabled all of the ports for remote contacts.
