Sony PCS TL50 H.239

When connected to a PolyCom HDX8000 at 512Kb IP the H.239 does not seem to work. When sending a computer image from the HDX it shifts that people image to one side but there is no image presented on the screen on the reserved space. H.239 is enabled onthe Sony.

Update to current SW-Release as in your later posting recommended from Taurus.

If the problem is not solved check the resolution wich is sended - should be XGA and not higher.
