Hi there,

I'm looking at purchasing a Codian 4200 MCU to support internal IP VC calls... this will then be extended to support external IP VC calls as well.

I'm aware that the external calls can be encrypted using AES however I'm unsure on the best way to secure access to the conference.

I played around with the PIN codes which seem to work well but I don’t know how easy this will be to manage in the long run.

Is it best to provide PIN codes to all VC users within the company and take the management overhead of when new people join the company and others leave or to have one PIN code for everyoneand change it on a monthly basis etc etc.

I would appreciate suggestions on what other people have done to make it secure but at the same time manageable?

Thanks Glyn
