I am running an MPS 800, and I have recently had conferences where a polycom MCU has called into the bridge, and it "crashes" the conference, and puts the MPS into cascading slave mode, where I have no control over the conference. In one case it crashed the conference badly enough that the MPS rebooted clearing all of the standing conferences...
any thoughts suggestions?

I have now had several conferences when the MPS is connected to either an MGC 50 or 100, the calls audio and video crash. According to the the release notes for the latest firmware - I need to turn of H.239 so that this does not happen. Any other suggestions?
