Hi All,
We rolled out the Audio Bridge facility in North America region a couple of months back, we are facing severe issues with users complaining of
1) Bad Audio Quality issue
2) Disturbances in the line (not with a single person alone)
3) IVR repeating themselves, even after the user logs on.
MGC Version 9.0.1.8
MGC50 (tried changing with the MGC +50 as well)
Did the regression test for PRI Lines.
2 things yet to be tried are
a) Downgrade the version
b) Re-lay the cabling from the CPE (MCU) to the AT&T MUX
This is really frustrating for us. Please help. :disappoin
Thanks in Advance,

Regarding the IVR's repeating themselves, if your users are calling into and entry queue they are presented with one IVR. If they then are moved into their main conference, it may be configured with IVR's as well which may be duplicate. You might check your main conferences for the IVR being used and make one with the duplicate greetings turned off.

Actually, after the user has logged into the main conference, the IVR then starts playing..saying, please enter the passcode, it says that for 3 tries and then says, ur now being disconnected, where as the participant still stays on the call.. Wierd!!!!
I have got complaints saying, the IVR starts from nowhere in the middle of the conference.
Polycom has given us a patch to update. Lets see..if that solves the problem.

I have not to date had any issue with the audio with ver 9.0. When you do a CAPS exchange what version of audioCODEC are you negotiating with? I have had issues with some othe CODECs and also bad software releases on the endpoints. Have you tried to hard set your audio with G711/G722?
