Remote Monitoring Polycom VSX Units w/ IE7

Hey There,

Wondering if anyone else has trouble remote-monitoring Polycom VSX / HDX VC units with IE7? IE6 Worked fine, but after recently upgrading to XP SP3 with IE7, I am no longer able to remote-view calls.

Firefox is another browser that will not work, though Safari will...

Any insight?

i'm actually having issues remote-monitoring with IE6...when i try to initiate a call, it pops up a "Cannot Display Page" error. for the life of me i can't figure out the problem...

If the software versions for the VSX 7000/8000 are 8.7.1 which is the latest one, then you should be able to use IE7.0 to access the website of the Codec system. Check your softwere version first.

i have the same problem, the problem is see the video far and near, not to acces the web interface
