CVE Exam tips

Hi to all,
My name Evan and i am a technical support officer in video conferencing. My employer has recently put my self through the CVE course by polycom.

Today I sat the exam after studing extensively and did not pass! Evan after 30 hours of study.

For Audio I got 71 %
For Video I got 57 %
For ITU I got 30%
For Visual Telephony 36%

The questions i got were beyond the text when it came to networks.

Questions on 802.3 and what layer protocols they operate on.

I felt overwhelmed. It was a tough expierience!!!!

Is there anyone how can help????

Any help will be much appreciated

Hi Evan,
Are you taking the CVE one or CVE 2 exam? For CVE 1, you can search this forum to found some materials. For CVE 2, you'd better go some websites to buy materials.
