TelePresence Review on Tech Republic

I think Cisco made a big mistake in their implimentation of TP by not making it natively compatible with other OEM TP systems and componded it by not making it compatible with their other VC options. Headline should read Cisco TelePresence can't talk to Cisco VT or WebEx or 7985 IP video phone. Where is the cohesive, integrated and unified communications within their own product line?

A interoperability MCU from Radvision is to be release in "early 2008" Where is it?

If someone from Cisco could answer those questions it would ease my concern of just another company making a non interoperable product that I then have to educate my customers on why it won't work in their enviorment.
