Are you selling monitors with the room systems? Do you quote them? I'm looking considering creating a company to distribute New and Refurbished LCDs and Plasma Monitors to the VideoConferencing Industry.

I remember a company called ActiveLight - but their prices were never very competitive...

If you sold monitors along with a video sale, what kind of margins would you be looking for?

I personally haven't sold many monitors since the old Sony 32" CRT days. The monitors that weighed 200 pounds and broke 30% of the time. The new monitors are much easier and cheaper to transport and rarely break.

Let me know if you have any ideas or might be interested in partnering up on the idea...
