Î have a Polycom VSX7000s system on one DSL line from one supplier. This system is registered on a Tandberg bordercontroller on a partners network, they have a differend network provider. When systems on a third network is calling into the VSX7000 the call is closed after about 10 seconds. This happens when calling from different networks and different systems, polycom, lifesize, codian mcu.

When the VSX7000 is calling out, the call is up for 2hours before the system closing it.

When I disable the gatekeeper function and the VSX7000 is not registered at the bordercontroller everything is okay until I hanging up.

About 10seconds before the call is closed I get this message on the telnet log of VSX7000 system: RSVP: closing tx reservation 3 to "far system ip"

Do anyone of you have an idea what could be wrong?

You have to disable "H46019 Demultiplexing" in the Border Controller configuration -> Traversal Zones.

Polycom, for some reason, do not support multiplexed media as described in H.460-19 standard. They only support H.460-18.
