you just need use rmx discover tools to find the rmx 1000's ip ,the default is 192..168.1.254.you can config the rmx 1000 by IE,you can change the rmx 1000's ip to you need ,then all is ok
you can find the manual by follow link

Thanks for your help.
I logged in to RMX web UI and i read RMX1000 user guide but I don't understand few something below:disappoin:
- Advanced Setting \ Router IP add? It's Default Gateway IP of my LAN where RMX is working, isn't it?
And Remote Add IP is RMX IP add or Codec's IP, isn't it?
- How to dailing conference from other endpoints? They use RMX IP, Codec IP or ID of conference while these Codec and RMX are same network, aren't they?
- I set the Admin password, how to log in RMX if I forgot it?

Advanced Setting \ Router IP add is not necessary, rmx 1000 have 2 lan port ,so lan1 and lan2 can use different network ,for example, the customer have firewall and they do not want to change the firewall config.they can set lan 1 to use Intranet ip ,the lan 2 use Internet IP ,use this way ,rmx 1000 can span the firewall ,and do not need firewall change config.if you ep all in one network ,this setting is not necessary.you can set lan1 ip to you network ip ,the Default Gateway is your gateway ip,you do not need care the Advanced Setting \ Router IP.
i do not sure what mean of "And Remote Add IP is RMX IP add or Codec's IP, isn't it?"
you join the conf can by call rmx 1000's ip ,you endpoint can see the lobby ,you can use fecc or DTMF to select the conf,if you know the conf id ,you can by call rmx 1000's ip## conf id ,like call 172.21.101.1##1111
if you forget the web password ,you can reset it by telnet command
