Hey,

Is anyone successfully using the TMS web interface from a Mac? Everything is fine except for the NTLM authentication used when you load a page under 'Monitoring' (Conference Control Center, Graphical Monitor, Map Monitor). When the Java applet is loading, an NTLM authentication box pops up and needs to authenticate for what looks like 3 applets or controls. Even when the credentials are entered correctly, the browser (Firefox & Safari) lock up. IE & Firefox both work fine from windows, just not from Mac.

Thanks,
upen

Looking through the release notes for TMS12.0 under known limitations it says;

"CCC, Graphical Monitor, Map Monitor -
The CCC, Graphical & Map Monitor will lock up when
opening on Mac OS X 10.4 or higher, running FireFox
v2.0.0.9 or higher and JAVA J2SE5 or higher.
TANDBERG is working with Apple to resolve this issue."

This sounds like the issue you are having.

TANDBERG is working with Apple to resolve this issue.

Apple has acknowledged this is a bug (bug #6326574).

Thanks guys. I looked through the release notes previously but must have missed it. Sean, do any of the guys there internally at Tandberg know of any workarounds at all?

Thanks,
