I have a scenario where a Tandberg Border Controller (6.0 Software) has been placed behind a Juniper Netscreen 550 firewall (5.1.0 Software). All ports are open inbound to the BC. Right now we can place calls from endpoints inside the network registered to the BC to endpoints outside of the network and utilize far end camera control to move the remote cameras. However when we try to connect from the same endpoint to a Codian 4200 series MCU (on the same subnet as the endpoints we can successfully connect to), we can't manipulate the menus using far end camera control. The log files show data being sent out from the BC, but none returning to it from the Codian.
