How to change RMX1000 system time?

Please help me,
I want to change RMX1000 system time but the Synchronize button is dim regardless of what I choosed:
(*) Synchronize with a network time server
or
(*) Synchronize with the user PC.

Please help me soon.

check your rmx 1000.if you have running conference or Scheduled conference ,the Synchronize button can not be use ,you need del all meeting

And I want to send a few question to you:
1. When Backup the RMX configuration, is this included files that their extension are "wav"?
2. Admin Default password of RMX1000 is "POLYCOM". And I used telnet command to change the password of telnet with the below command:
set telnet password <new password>
but a text is displayed that "Invalid....". Why so that?
