View Full Version : TMS Auto Update Fails

Hi Guys,

Recently upgraded to ver 12.0, used auto upgrade to graba bunch of keys and do some upgrades, however 1 week later Auto Update is now failing! Nothing has changed on the TMS machine itself.

TMS states "Update check failed. See system logs for details"

Weird that the update URL of

https://secure.tandberg.com/webservices/product/v1.0/SoftwareUpgrade

Gets redirected to the below site? is that normal?

https://secure.tandberg.com/webservices/product/v1.0/SoftwareUpgrade/SoftwareUpgradeWebServiceSoap


Log file attached... Might be an ASP issue?

....1 week later Auto Update is now failing! Nothing has changed on the TMS machine itself.

This is our issue internally, we are working on resolving the problem with the software update system here at TANDBERG. Unfortunately I cannot give you a resolution date, but will know more shortly. Stay tuned.

Hadnt heard back from my Tandberg reps so thought i'd try on here :)

i still have a problem too.
i get a http 502 proxy error, can someone tell me what it means ?

TMS Version 12.0
