Hello
I am trying to configure NTP (Network Time Protocol) on a few Polycom VSX6000 endpoint units. I have a Windows server 2003 server running the windows time service.
The server is to be used as the NTP server for the endpoints, however when I go to the Date & Time settings on the VSX6000 and put in the server's ip as the NTP and update the endpoint it shows in diagnostics it cannot reach the NTP server.
The endpoint and server can ping each other, so the communications between them on the network are fine.
Would I need to open port 123 UDP and if so how?
TIA
