polycom vsx7000s with vsx visual concert unit

i tried to send powerpoint over video call from above unit using the visual concert unit.but got error messege `far site does not recieve content`
i know the far site was a tandberg unit,is that wh?

but is there anything i can do to make it work.
how can i make this work?:confused:
the call is over ip at 128k.

I had that problem. My Tandberg unit could not receive Powerpoint from the outside endpoint (polycom).
The problem was the gatekeeper on the polycom side was not setup correctly. They actually ended up buying a new gatekeeper.
Problem solved.

I had a similar problem when H.239 was not enabled on BOTH the Tandberg and Polycom systems. DuoVideo and People+Content, both proprietary, do not talk to each other very well.
