Hi,

one of our VSX has a problem. Over night the system was in standby (connected to a display and to a visual concert + projector). In the morning the system should be waked up by pressing a button on the remote. Nothing happend exept a message 'this function is not available'. 2 lights in front of the system shining alternate red and green. The first was making the unit powerless and switch on again. Same as before.

Does somebody know this behaviour and how to solve it?

Thanks

Had a wrong info!

Correction: The codec itself is working - but the 2 lighted buttons on the visual concert are blinking red and green alternate. There is no pc picture on the projector (from the pc connected to the visual concert).

What does this red and green lighted buttons on the visual concert indicate?

It sounds the Visual concert was booting. You can hold the two buttons for a while to re-boot it. Maybe this one is dead?

Seems that you have issue with Visual Concert as blinking LEDs show sync issue. As previous post states you can press and hold both buttons to force reboot oer peripheral device (visual concert) and re-sync with codec. One other thing to note or check, is that is the "standard" cable being used or custom cable?
If custom cable then this is likely to be issues.
Or even are the cables connected in wrong order as same symtum can be seen, please check that the longer VSX/VC cable is used to connect theste devices then connect the Mics with the shoter cables.:classic:
