Anyone have any experience with a Packeteer PacketShaper in front of a Tandberg Border Controller?
Endpoints registered to the BC try to call other registered endpoints and the call stops at the BC.
Their IT guys says the following:
"That is how it is set now. All (IP) traffic to and from the IP address of the BC (all ports, all protocols) and is guaranteed 768k of bandwidth."
Basically it goes T1 - Packeteer - BC - Firewall - Network
If the customer registers an endpoint on their network to the BC and we register an endpoint from our public side to their BC and they try to call us it stops at the BC and the call fails.
