Problems with Image

Hi,

I have a PCS-G50 Sony Ipela connected with ADSL 1MB and this band it is only used to videoconference. I am trying to connect with a another person and he said that my image and audio was very good, but his image is very bad and was frozen. How can I resolve that? Have any configuration I need to do?

Recently I make some changes and choose the follow:

H264.CIF
30FPS
G722.1

It could be a system limitation of his equipment.

have you attempted to force the protocol to H.261 just for testing purposes? That might be a good quick-fix option for future calls with him.

Sounds like packet loss, have you sniffed the traffic? What about your LAN connection port speed/duplex settings? If there is a mismatch it will cause quality issues.
