There are quite a few.
One being that the QDX will not work with CMA.
The HDX is HD and has only 1 camera input, 1 computer input and 1 monitor inputs. While the QDX has multiple inputs and outputs.

Actually, the QDX 6000 can fully use the built in GK of CMA and be fully scheduled by CMA. CMA can not do software updates or provisioning to QDX at this time.
Hope that clarifies it a bit.

Yep it does.
But, is one of the reasons we will most likely not use a QDX in our "system"

Done with demo of unit. Work very well but most likely will not use due to limited inputs and outputs.
HD vs SD call, talk about a different.
Oh the "heart" pains for an HD bridge.

Ive had a chance to thoroughly test this codec and it really boils down to what your needs are. If you are looking for a simple HD non integrator codec that you are just going to connect to a few monitors and are not planning on using a room audio system "easily" then that is the codec for you. Perfect HD solution for a small to medium sized conference room. If you want Balls to the Wall bells and whistles you are looking for the 9004.
