Radvision Pathfinder

I am looking at the Radvision Pathfinder product to use as a firewall traversal device in a private to NATted Public net environment to be able to add standard H.323 endpoint to a Scopia Desktop call. All the Rad docs indicate a DMZ configuration rather than a single firewall environment. Any users that have had experince with the Radvision equipment?
