Well, while we're doing introductions....My name is Steven (Terry) Julian, but eveyone who knows me calls me Terry. I work for a DOD contractor (Jacobs Engineering), on the Information Technology Support Services contract for the US Army Garrison - Redstone Directorate of Information Management (ITSS for USAG - Redstone DOIM if you prefer acronyms...) I currently support about 75 systems on Redstone Arsena, as well as several others we've installed around the country. We also have two video bridges, and I also work closely with the local DVS system operators (dedicated rooms).
Most of my experience is with H.320 connections, and the large majority of our systems are Polycom ViewStation 512's, MP's, or V.35's. We also have a mix of other Polycoms, Tandbergs, and legacy systems from PicTel, VTEL, CLI, and others.
I handle installation, testing, tech-support, and training on all our endpoints, as well as scheduling and operation of our two MCUs. It's nice to have a place to network with others and discuss ideas and issues like this.
