Ahem....
I'm alcoholic...no wait, wrong forum.
Anyway, I'm Anthony, I work for an oilfield services company (not Haliburton!!) based in Cambridge, England. I've been involved in VC for around 3 years now. Because I'm working in a research lab, us IT guys also get to do some 'research'. So often, I'm fortunate enough to get to play with lots of toys that someone else has bought. I'm actually an Aussie, but have been travelling for the past 4 years now.
So unlike many of you it seems, I'm not from the vendor or integrator side, so maybe I can offer opinions from the end-user perspective.

Well, I'm in the UK and I'm English ;) I work for a well known videoconferencing bridging company. It's not in my nature to brag, but we are pretty good :) and if you search for "conferencing" and "Thatcham" in yell.com you'll figure it out.

So I hope to be able to gain insight on what customers are after, plus what vendors are offering, plus I'll try and help all and sundry with their technical issues, as long as they've got something to do with Accord, I'll be OK!
