Hi, everyone :D
I think this is a great idea. Great way to share information. I have been in the VTC world for about 8 years. I have worked on various systems and various MCU's but always looking to learn a lot more. I don't have information I can pass on about our systems due to security reason.

Hope you all have a great day VTC'ing :) :)

Welcome Dennise. You dont have to give up the goods on your systems, just share your experiences.

Hello, again. :) My experience w/VTC's have been working w/Zydracon's, Polycom's, Sony, Tandberg's and PicTel. I am also very familiar w/the Lucent Bridge, the Ezenia Bridge  and now the Accord(Polycom). I have mainly worked on the DoD side. :D We mainly did ATM and ISDN as a back-up but now they are going completely away w/ATM and going IP & ISDN. I don't know how many of you worked w/ATM but it was a headace just about everyday!! :(

Hi Dennise,
Welcome to the forum
I worked with some ATM stuff at PictureTel (the FVC stuff) and it was a MAJOR headache. It very rarely would come up as advertised and the installation of the boards and gateways was a major pain. Probably not the same ATM that you use-but a pain nonethelss. Long live IP!
