Question Cisco C20: Can It Display Far Site PIP When Receiving Content?

We're receiving content full screen on our monitor attached to our Cisco C20. But the PIP shows local video when we actually would like to see far site video.

Can this codec display a far site video PIP in this circumstance?

Exclamation Hello

Good Evening,

So I dug into it and found this thread: https://communities.cisco.com/docs/DOC-47519

However I also dug into the TC7 user guide ( https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td...guide-tc70.pdf ) and did not find a way to actually change the viewing source.

You can resize, hide, and move the PIP of course but typically if you want to see the far end during a presentation then I believe you must use a dual screen configuration and the far end should auto-populate on the opposite monitor when receiving a presentation stream.

What version are you running? I'd be happy to test it on one of my systems when I get some time.

Thanks. I was afraid of that. We only have one monitor, unfortunately.

We're running TC6.3.1.f768649.

You can always go up to TC7 but I'm almost positive the result you are looking for is going to require two monitors.

I'll downgrade a unit and see if i can make it work in the meantime.
